Start a tiny ice-cream menu with the cone Bedtime Bear is holding. The beach setting already supplies the holiday mood, so the useful question is what everyone would order. A strawberry-pink scoop, golden cone and blue sea would suit a sunny afternoon.
Give the scoop a flavour name based on something you actually like to eat. You could write a short description in the margin, including whether your choice tastes fruity, creamy or chocolatey. The little topping can have its own flavour, too.
Let another person read the description before seeing the picture. Can they guess which flavour you chose? Afterwards, trade choices and find out whether anyone would order the same cone twice.
Good Luck Bear's Next Good Book
The sleeping cat beside Good Luck Bear looks thoroughly settled, while the bear still has an open book to enjoy. This is a lovely page to pair with choosing what to read next, especially when several books are waiting in a pile.
Use the drawn stack as a small reading list. You could write shortened titles on the book spines, with the one you want to start nearest the top. A green bear and warm brown cat would make a comfortable combination beside blue book covers.
