Everything in Strawberry Shortcake’s world smells faintly of berries — the hats, the dresses, even the balloons. It’s a place where a picnic is always about to happen, the cat is always named Custard, and the small dog answers to Pupcake.
These Strawberry Shortcake coloring pages range from a giant strawberry worth hugging to a mermaid’s seashell seat, with a ballet recital, a bubbling jam-making afternoon, and a princess throne in between. Spot the little strawberry motifs hiding on every page — hats, dresses, treats — they’re the thread tying it all together.

Coloring Ideas for Strawberry Shortcake Pages
Try one of these coloring ideas, or use them as a starting point for your own.
Design the Jam Labels
She stirs the jam pot with a wooden spoon in her strawberry beret and strawberry-print dress, three labeled jars waiting in front, strawberries and flowers all around. The labels are blank — a design emergency.
Color the jam deep berry red, then design each label: a strawberry for strawberry, and invent the other two flavors. Give each jar its own ribbon color.
Write a flavor name on each label. “Midnight Berry” outsells “Jam #2” every time.
Become the Berry Fashion Designer
Two girls stand at the mannequin wearing a strawberry-print dress, tape measure and ribbons at the bottom of the page. The fitting has begun and the critic — you — has arrived.
Design the next dress: keep the strawberry motif but change everything else — the neckline, the skirt length, the ribbon color. Color the tape measure yellow like a real one.
Name the collection at the top. “Summer Berry, 2026” has a nice ring.
Plan the Picnic Menu
She sits on the checkered blanket with the picnic basket, triangle sandwiches, a straw cup, and strawberries, the big tree and butterflies behind. Lunch is served, weather permitting.
Color the food first — the sandwiches golden, the strawberries ripe-red — then write a real picnic menu in the margin: what would you actually pack?
Start a Strawberry Pot
In her strawberry-pattern cap she waters the strawberry plants with a sprinkle can, butterflies, flowers, and berries around. The plants look thirsty; the gardener looks happy.
Color the plants a lively green and the berries red enough to pick. Then plant something real — even a small herb pot counts — and water it on the same days you color.
Pipe It Like a Pro
In chef’s hat and apron she pipes frosting lace onto the strawberry cake, mixing bowl and strawberries at her side. The piping bag is clearly the star tool here.
Color the frosting white with the faintest pink edge, the strawberries glossy red. Steady hands now: color inside the piped lines first, then the cake.
Copy one piping pattern onto a real cupcake. The drawing is the practice round.
Send Up the Invitations
She drifts among the clouds holding a string of strawberry-shaped balloons, birds, stars, and hearts around. It’s either a parade or the best way to travel.
Give each balloon a different red — cherry, raspberry, strawberry — so the bunch has depth. Leave a white shine spot on each; balloons are glossy.
Write a party date on the biggest balloon. Instant invitation.
Take the Mermaid Underwater
The strawberry-tailed mermaid sits in the open giant seashell, fish, starfish, seaweed, and bubbles around. Berry meets brine.
Go underwater with the palette: teal water, sandy shell, the tail a strawberry red that pops against the blue. Keep the bubbles pale and round.
Rule as Berry Princess
Crowned and strawberry-capped, she sits the ornate throne with a strawberry scepter, strawberry-crest banners on either side. Royalty, but make it berry.
Thrones love gold — color it richly, then give the banners your two favorite colors. The scepter’s strawberry should be the reddest thing on the page.
Write one royal decree beneath: “Dessert first, today.” Sign it.
