Walk into any Sunday school classroom and you’ll spot the signs first: crayon shavings scattered across the rug, dog-eared Bible story pamphlets stacked by the door, and a cluster of kids arguing over who gets to color the Good Shepherd next. The story of Jesus isn’t just ancient scripture for these little ones—it’s a collection of warm, tangible moments they can hold in their hands, one crayon stroke at a time.
We’ve rounded up the tiny King of Kings smiling up from a straw-filled manger in Bethlehem, Jesus standing tall on the Mount while sharing parables to the crowd, and the Good Shepherd cradling a sleepy lamb in His arms. We even tucked in smaller, kid-friendly details: a child handing Jesus a wildflower during a sermon, a basket of leftover loaves and fishes after the miracle, and the glowing empty tomb on Easter morning, with an angel perched on the rolled-away stone.
